Too much italics or bold fonts can cause the reader to read the brochure very slowly and they tend to lose interest. Again, less is more. Capitalization of most of your words is not always a good idea. Most people are turned off by all caps fonts. If you want to make a statement then use them but only up to a certain extent, do not overuse all caps.
