A common tri-fold brochure – when unfolded – is basically an 8.5" x 11" sheet. Other tri-fold styles are 11" x 17", 11" x 25.5", and 8.5" x 14". When working with a tri-fold design, one has to keep in mind that every board is different slightly in width. The protect paneling is oftentimes the widest to provide the 2 other creases.
